Hi! I’m Kamila, Mental Health Therapist

As a therapist, I centre my clients’ agency, bring to awareness their unconscious drives, and foster an overall collaborative, yet self-directed therapeutic process.

I believe that we are all experts in our own lives. Therapy offers guidance, support, and space to build the clarity and courage needed for change. My role is to support you from the periphery. I highlight patterns and blind spots, and help you move intentionally towards your mental health goals.

More about my work

I hold a Master’s in Professional Counselling from Monash University and a Bachelor’s in International Studies from Ewha Womans University.

I work primarily from a Person-Centred (PCT) orientation, with a flexible and integrative lens. I place strong emphasis on attuning to our somatic experiences, exploring the inner world, and gently approaching what feels scary — so that you can reclaim a sense of agency and informed choice over your experiences. I also hold a certificate in Family Systems and Trauma.

I specialise in anxiety, depression, inner child trauma, parentification, women’s issues, life transitions, and relationships.
